What do we ship?

All of our products are shippable via air and ground delivery. We pack our items as securely as possible to eliminate any shipping issues. If you do receive an item that appears to have an issue, please take a photo of the item in its as-is arrived state, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via contact@wildbloomskincare.com, and do not use the product until we have come to clear terms.

When do we ship?

For all in-stock items, your order will ship within 48 hours from the time your order is placed. Most orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail for 3-day delivery. In the event of an item being backordered, we will notify you with an estimated time of arrival. International orders shipping outside the U.S. can take 6-15 days for delivery.

Where do we ship to?

Currently we ship to the United States of America, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. If you live outside of these zones, but would like to purchase WildBloom products, please contact us for consideration and a shipping quote. *Note: International shipping may take up to 4 week for delivery and may accrue a customs fee which is the responsibility of the buyer to pay. WildBloom Skincare is not responsible for customs fees. We also do not accept returns on International orders outside of the U.S.

How do we ship?

We use First Class, Priority Mail, and International Priority shipping via the United States Postal Service.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking information once an order has shipped. You may also log-in to your account, view your order, and retrieve your tracking number with your order information, once the item has shipped.

Is local pick up an option?

We do offer local delivery or pickup for Fort Collins residents. Enter your full address with zip code for billing and shipped, then select “local pickup.” Please arrange your delivery time by contacting heather@wildbloomskincare.com. Local deliveries are generally made once a week. Please do not select local delivery if you live in an apartment residence.

Recycling of packing materials?

Our packaging boxes are made from recyclable materials by EcoEnclose. Please recycle all boxes and packaging wrap. Thank you for supporting us in being green!
