How do I return / exchange items?

When do items need to be returned / exchanged?
If you receive an item and you wish to exchange it, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase for authorization and instructions. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or exchange requests.

Shipping for returns / exchanges?
Original shipping rates are not refundable. Exchange shipping is FREE for your first two (2) exchanges. If you exceed two (2) exchanges you will be charged a $20 processing and shipping fee for each exchange thereafter.

Credit for returns / exchanges?
In the event of a credit for a return or exchange, you will be credited via the same payment method used for the order (or you may choose to receive store credit). It can take up to 30 days for a refund to finalize and up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

What can be returned?
We take pride in our products, and we want you to be satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date for WildBloom products purchased directly from our website, wildbloomskincare.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that were NOT purchased from wildbloomskincare.com. *We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects, when used as directed. If the product has a defect please contact us immediately, when you receive it.

What if I received a damaged product?
In the event of a defective product, we will send you a product replacement free of charge. However, we ask that you photograph the issue at hand and send the product back to us, at our expense, if a product is defective. In the event of dissatisfaction with a product, you may choose a different product in exchange OR store credit for a future purchase, as long as the claim is made within 14 days of purchase. If an exchanged product is of lesser value than the purchased product, we will issue a refund for the difference, minus a processing fee of $7.00.

It can take up to 30 days for a refund to finalize and up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Can an order be canceled?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Under most circumstances we do not issue refunds, but instead offer our exchange program or store credit. Please read the “Exchanges” tab above.

  • If you have been approved for a refund for items returned within 14 days of purchase, the refund will be made in the form of the original payment minus shipping costs and discounts used.
  • Please note that it can take up to 30 business days for us to process a return or exchange.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • The acceptance of a shipment by the USPS is an acknowledgment that the articles were delivered in good condition.
  • Goods damaged in transit to customers are the responsibility of the customer to report to us within 24 hours so that a damage claim can be processed through the postal service.
  • In the unlikely event you have received the wrong product, please contact us at info@wildbloomskincare.com within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect item.
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
